Prices may change without notice; however, once booked, the price is guaranteed.

BOOKING TERMS - A 50% deposit is required to book a hunt or trip.  An additional 30% is due 60 days prior to the hunt/trip.  The balance is due prior to or upon arrival, payable with CASH OR MONEY ORDER.  No personal checks will be accepted unless received 30 days prior to the hunt/trip.  A payment plan without interest is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY -  It is our desire to book full on every hunt/trip.  If you have to cancel, we will do everything possible to fill your hunt/trip with another client.  If we are successful, your deposit will be refunded, less a 10% handling fee.  If the hunt is not filled, your deposit will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon in writing by both parties.
